Guided intake
Open questions first, then questions matched to the client's focus: relationships, career, health and habits, grief and loss, and more. Short- and long-term goals are set before the first session ends.
Kindvance runs your practice between sessions as well as in them: a guided intake, a plan for every session, a private portal for your clients, and follow-ups that send themselves.
Opening first to 100 founding coaches. No payment to join the list.
What usually happens in the hour before the habit shows up?
An hour with you opens the door. What a client does in the following six days decides whether they walk through it. Kindvance keeps that week from slipping.
The intake asks one question at a time, finds the focus area from the answers, and proposes a session plan you can adjust.
Each session opens on the next question in the plan, with follow-ups, a timer, and space for notes and homework.
Homework, reminders and check-ins reach the client on schedule. Each morning you get a short list of who to call.
Other tools hand you empty templates. Kindvance arrives with the structure a session needs, and you change whatever doesn't fit your way of working.
Open questions first, then questions matched to the client's focus: relationships, career, health and habits, grief and loss, and more. Short- and long-term goals are set before the first session ends.
Choose a 21-day elimination, a 9-week step-down or a replacement routine. The questions, homework and progress tracking follow the approach you pick.
Tradition, loyalties, fear of the unknown and four more. Mark the ones in play and get practical homework for each.
Homework and reflections, private messages, shared documents, worksheets, the coaching agreement, invoices and the next session's video link. Clients sign in with an email link, so there's no password to forget.
Messages per week, check-in calls, worksheets and your resource library all follow the package a client buys. Agree a custom price when you want to.
Fifteen emails, from the welcome to the payment reminder, each with its own timing and wording. Pause any client with one tick.
Clients book from the portal through Cal.com, join by video, and pay invoices by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. The money goes to your own account.
Life balance, values, goals and readiness for change. Clients fill them in before the first session and you read them in the app.
A wheel of life over time, goals reached and the full session history for each client. For you, a running count of coaching hours toward your certification.
What clients tell you is the most sensitive information most of them will ever write down. The protections are in the database itself, where an app bug can't switch them off.
These are the prices we plan to launch with. Founding members pay once and keep Coach Pro for the life of the product.

The first hundred coaches get Coach Pro for a single payment, and a say in what gets built next.
Kindvance is in use in a working coaching practice today. We're opening it to a small group of founding coaches first, then to everyone on the waitlist in order. We'll email you before your turn.
Yes. Send a spreadsheet or an export from the tool you use now and we'll import your client list, so you start with your practice already in place.
No. You invite a client from the app and they sign in with a link sent to their email. There's no password for them to set or forget.
You do. Payments run through your own Stripe account and go straight to you.
The coach plans are built for coaching, which HIPAA doesn't normally cover, and they aren't offered as HIPAA compliant. The Clinician plan, with HIPAA safeguards and a signed business associate agreement, is in development. Choose "Therapist or counselor" on the form to hear when it opens.
The life of the product. A founding member's Coach Pro account has no monthly or yearly fee for as long as Kindvance operates. Paid add-ons introduced later, such as text-message reminders, are separate.
A practicing coach built it to run a real practice, then shaped it for other coaches. Every feature came from a real session.
